TURNAROUND TIME
Your pillow will be made to order specifically for you! Therefore, please allow between 1-3 weeks for production before your pillow ships. Please reach out to the gallery at 504-500-8164 or gallery@caseylangteauart.com if you need your item by a specific date, as we sometimes have items in stock.
SHIPPING
Shipping will take an additional 1-5 business days once production is complete.
Your pillow may be shipped separately from other products. You can still check out as normal, and I will simply split your order into two separate shipping orders.
Gallery Pickup
There will be a gallery pickup option available at checkout if you prefer to skip shipping and visit the gallery at 4700 Magazine Street. In this case, we will contact you via email once your order is complete (see turnaround time above to get an idea on when).
Exchanges
